They have a simple, clean and neat look. The 1% open fabric is slim and easy to roll up and down. The spring tension of the roller mechanism works so well that our 10-year-old can easily push them up with is pinkie. So fun! Another attraction -- very very calm, quiet operation.

Better than sheer shades for filtering light
I requested samples of both the 1% solar shades and light filtering sheer that. 1% openness sun blind worded well so I ordered this. It's also relatively more affordable. Third, the manufacturer did not charge for shipping. Saving me $37, compared to previous purchase of solar shades from another blinds store.
